Hello

I am an ardent consulting professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who loves to solve business problems leveraging technology solutions. Back in 2011, I started my career as an Account Manager and then traversed through various roles in Sales/BD/AM/Ops and landed in PreSales Consulting in 2021. I am currently helping a US based digital agency to improve the revenue from existing and new accounts by delivering presales support.

Over the years, I have tried to build a diversified portfolio of experience, which helps me contribute to multiple business functions within an organization. I have also acted as an individual contributor and a manager who has P&L responsibilities of an SBU.

Outside work, my interests include traveling, pro-bono consulting, and spending time with family. As I am interested in sharing knowledge, I occasionally deliver sessions for students and entrepreneurs/agencies on Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing.

My Story

Career

  • First Pay Cheque: Hari started his career in 2010 as a Senior Consultant in an overseas educational consultancy based in Cochin Kerala. He was primarily involved in guiding students for international academic programs. He worked in that role for 6 months. 

  • The Turning Point: Soon after leaving the job as a Senior Consultant, he joined a digital agency in Cochin, Kerala as Account Manager. He served as the primary business contact between client and the company. He was responsible for managing commercial relationships with existing clients and thus generate new and repeated business opportunities. This has helped him in gaining experience in digital marketing,  brand management, operations management, business development, delivery management etc. 

  • The Thurst For More:  For learning about the mobile applications and the mobility ecosystem, Hari joined in a startup as Senior Account Manager in 2014. He have set up a sales/marketing processes there and have worked toward generating revenue from the mobile product portfolio in 6 months.

  • Foray Into Business Development: Hari's next job change was as a Senior Associate Business Development, of a software development firm based in Cochin. He was involved in developing business strategy to tap Australian markets. His previous experience also have helped in positioning in the target geography and building channel partnerships that bought revenue.

  • Leading The Pack: In 2016, Hari was invited by a top brand strategy firm in Kerala to lead the operations of its new startup for digital branding and marketing.  Hari has successfully setup the firm starting from recruitment to demand generation. He has also lead in setting up a remote sales office in South Africa for this firm.

  • Getting Into Functional Consulting: One of the organizations for whom Hari has worked has invited him back to join the newly constituting Consulting division as Functional Consultant for Web & Mobile Application and Digital Marketing. It has helped him to build muscles around various areas of consulting, which was not limited to functional aspects. He practiced as a consultant for 4 years there. 

  • Shift To Presales Consultancy: In his new role, Hari helps a remote first digital transformation agency in operationalizing and leading the presales function.
